The NWMLS (Northwest Multiple Listing Service) has announced a new CDOM field (Cumulative Days On Market) to replace the aging and often misused DOM (Days On Market) when publishing listings. This will be tied to the individual Tax ID number so that agents will not be able to disguise listings to appear to have less days-on-market than they actually do. Yeah! Here’s a good decision for the consumers!

Many of them will be completed from mid 2006 through 2008, so watch for lots of great living and investment opportunites. See our New Condos information page for updates and watch for our upcoming interactive flash map of all existing and upcoming downtown condo projects.

press release…

The Reppond Team has moved into its new office on the same floor across from the main office of Coldwell Banker Bain’s Lake Union office. It incorporates a conference room and kitchen. “Having our own space separated from the rest of Coldwell Banker Bain really gives us an opportunity to showcase that we are a major player in the market and the number one producing Coldwell Banker team in Seattle”, said Jim Reppond – leader of the team. The built out office space is customized with quality walnut furniture and designer colors to give the whole office a feel of executive quality and elegance. “Our clients have the expectation that we do not cut corners on anything – including the quality of service we provide. If we don’t have an office that reflects that then we are not conveying that experience.”
